Which currencies are supported?

Gildex tracks gold prices in 8 major currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, THB, JPY, CNY, INR, and AUD.

How do I set up price alerts?

Tap the alerts tab in the app, then tap "Add Alert". Choose your target price and currency, and you'll receive a push notification when gold reaches that price.

How do I enable push notifications?

When you first set up an alert, the app will ask for notification permission. If you declined, go to Settings > Notifications > Gildex on your iPhone to enable them.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" below the Sign Out button. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data in transit, JWT authentication for API security, and iOS Keychain for secure token storage on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app is not loading prices. What should I do?

Make sure you have an active internet connection, then try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us at support@gildex.xyz.
