We do not recommend or endorse any particular investment strategy. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided by the App.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date gold price data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the App. Prices may be delayed and may not reflect real-time market conditions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIDI LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding third-party news articles), is the intellectual property of Bidi Labs and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
